Benedikt Douglas

Benedikt Douglas is a Client Partner at TRANSEARCH International with over 10 years of experience as a line manager and managing director in the industry and real estate sectors.

Benedikt’s professional career began at Airbus in Saudi Arabia, first as a project manager and subsequently as a deputy head of the local Airbus project organization. Benedikt was assigned the position of project lead upon his return to the company’s headquarters in Munich. While in this position, he was responsible for networking and integrating international subsidiaries within the corporate group. His work focused on networking in the areas of research and development, production, and international sales. After 7 years, Benedikt changed employers and began working at Knorr-Bremse AG where he assumed the position of Global Category Director. He was entrusted with setting up and expanding national and international customer relationships in Europe, the USA, and China.

Before joining TRANSEARCH International, Benedikt was managing director of a medium-sized family business in the real estate industry. His main responsibilities included strategically restructuring around 100 employees, digitalizing the company’s business processes and thus its market presence, and bringing operations in line with modern market requirements.

Benedikt has a degree in business administration (Diplom Betriebswirt) from Munich Business School (MBS) and a graduate degree in real estate economy from the International Real Estate Business School (IREBS).

He is a native German speaker and is fluent in English and Spanish.
